  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • extra-virgin olive oil
For the Buffalo sauce
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted
  • 6 Tbsp Texas Pete Hot Sauce
  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place flour and salt into a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add chicken wings and shake to coat.
  3. Remove chicken wings from bag and place in single layer into basket of Air Fryer. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  4. Cool 10 minutes then turn chicken wings over. Spray other side lightly with olive oil. Cook an additional 10 minutes. For additional crispness, turn wings again and cook another 3-4 minutes.
  5. While chicken is cooking, make buffalo sauce by whisking together melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl.
  6. Remove chicken from Air Fryer and toss in buffalo sauce.
Recipe Notes
Serve with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing.
Key to Success #1 – Dredge Those Wings
Hmmmm, maybe I should have put flour those wings. Either way, one of the keys to getting crispy chicken wings is to flour them up right from the start.

I like to use a simple mix of flour and salt, but you can add other seasonings to the flour mixture if you want. If you like things extra spicy, a bit of Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning would be a really nice touch.

Key to Success #2 – Place The Wings in a Single Layer
I have a Cozyna XL 5.8 QT Air Fryer and I can fit 12 wings at a time in my Air Fryer basket. If you’re looking to buy an Air Fryer, I recommend an XL model just because you won’t have to make as many batches when you’re cooking.

And I recommend the Cozyna specifically because it’s been a great machine – easy to use, works great, easy to clean. It’s dishwasher-safe but I always hand-wash mine because it just takes a second. And a great tip from my sister-in-law – put a paper towel in the bottom of your air fryer below the basket to catch any drips!

Regardless of what model you have, I recommend lightly spraying your chicken wings with extra-virgin olive oil before cooking.

I have these nifty spray bottles that I use to spritz my food with EVOO. Each spritz of the spray bottle delivers only about 1/4 of a teaspoon of oil so you are really not adding a lot of oil. A little oil goes a long way toward crisping up your air fried chicken.

Key to Success #3 – Make Your Own Buffalo Sauce … and make plenty
You won’t believe how easy it is to make your own buffalo sauce! The “recipe” is simply 1 part melted butter to two parts hot sauce. The butter makes the sauce silky smooth.

You can use your favorite hot sauce. We like to use Texas Pete Hot Sauce. You could also use Frank’s Red Hot or whatever you prefer.

For two pounds of crispy buffalo chicken wings, 3 tablespoons of melted butter + 6 tablespoons of hot sauce is more than enough. You’ll have plenty for tossing the wings and some leftover for dipping or dunking.

These Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings are great served with the traditional blue cheese dressing. All we had was ranch dressing and that worked perfectly as well. Never ever be afraid to make recipes your own. As long as you like it, you’re never wrong.

The XPS 13 for 2019 ticks all the boxes. It looks great, the build quality is excellent, it’s nice and portable and has a wide range of specs to choose from.
While not a massive upgrade from last year's model, it’s had some solid refinement including getting the webcam back into the top bezel and also introduces a more affordable Core i3 edition.

Huawei Mate 20 X Review

The Huawei Mate 20 X is an obscenely large smartphone but it has many of the features of the Mate 20 Pro for less. Here’s our full review of the huge premium slab
Should I Buy The Huawei Mate 20 X?
With a bigger screen, bigger battery and smaller notch than the Mate 20 Pro, the Huawei Mate 20 X also has the same camera set up and adds a headphone jack. If you want the most screen possible, it might be for you.
You lose the curved display, wireless charging, full water resistance and secure Face ID but for many that won’t matter if a huge display, outstanding camera and great performance are top of your list. If you want a normal size phone, get the Mate 20 Pro.

Samsung Galaxy S9 vs Samsung Galaxy S10e

Samsung's Galaxy S range has been updated and here we compare the S10e - the new 'lite' model - to last years' Galaxy S9 to help you decide which phone is best for you.
Should I Buy The Samsung Galaxy S10e Or Samsung Galaxy S9?
The S10e could be the sleeper hit of this year. It doesn’t have the embedded fingerprint sensor of the S10 and S10 Plus or their triple cameras, but it comes with the same processors, new screen design, ultra-wide camera, and all in a compact and comfortable format with a smaller price-tag.
That being said, the S9 is still an excellent device, and its new, lower price makes it a definite bargain.
