Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 vs Samsung Galaxy Tab S4

Should I Buy The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Or Samsung Galaxy Tab S4?
It’s hard to say without going hands-on with the tablet ourselves, but based on the specs, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 offers a range of upgrades over the Galaxy Tab S4, but if you’re a casual tablet user that doesn’t need blistering speeds or a huge amount of storage, the Tab S4 is still a great option.

Key to Success #1 – Cook the Potatoes
Can you tell that this is a vintage recipe? You don’t often see instructions that say “cook with jackets on.” The jackets are the skins. Cook them with the skins on.

Since you’ll be baking the casserole, you don’t want to cook the potatoes until they’re fully soft like a baked potato. You want them to be firm when you peel and dice them.

You can bake the potatoes in a 425 degree F oven for 45 minutes to an hour. Or you can cook them in the microwave. The cook time depends on the power of your microwave but I would suggest that you cook for 5 minutes then check them and/or flip them and cook another 5 minutes until they are just starting to soften.

You can also cook your potatoes in the Instant Pot. You’ll probably want to reduce the pressure cook time to about 10 minutes so that your potatoes will not be fully soft. You can find the recipe for Instant Pot Baked Potatoes here.

Key to Success #2 – Add the Pimento & Cheese
Pimento and cheese is such a classic flavor combination, at least it is in the south. The Masters is famous for their Pimento Cheese Sandwiches. Do you even know what a pimento is? It’s a pretty red chili pepper that is not really spicy but adds a nice flavor.

We’re using Velveeta cheese for this recipe to add a real creaminess to the casserole. Velveeta melts so well that it’s hard to beat in casseroles.

Key to Success #3 – Top It All Off
The best part of this Pimento Cheese Potato Casserole is perhaps the Corn Flakes that are sprinkled on the top. The Corn Flakes are saturated with butter to make an extra delicious crunchy topping.

You can add more Corn Flakes if you’d like. And let’s be honest, there’s no way I’m stopping at anything less than one stick of butter in this recipe. A little extra butter never hurt anything.
You can’t go wrong with this Pimento Cheese Potato Casserole.

Did you add extra Corn Flakes and butter? Yesss!

Once Upon a Hollywood Movie Review

Say Goodbye to "Hollywood"

Moments of Quentin Tarantino's new movie "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" suggest a calmer and more reflective side of the filmmaker. Tarantino is known for his unrelenting violence and rapid-fire dialogue exchanges, but early scenes in his latest movie show him taking a bit of a breath. It's a nice touch, but Tarantino cannot help giving into his worst indulgences as a director; the movie ultimately succumbs to those, and it erases all hints of goodwill that may have been built up earlier in the film.

Spinach, Asian Pear & Chicken Salad

Fragrant, crunchy Asian pears add a refreshing melon-like flavor to the healthy chicken salad recipe. Look for the large, brown, apple-shaped fruit in well-stocked supermarkets near other specialty fruit.

Synology DS419slim Review

The DS419slim fills a unique niche by being a NAS drive that exclusively accepts only 2.5in drives. A limitation that is perhaps more of a curse than a blessing. Find out why in our review.
Should I Buy The Synology DiskStation DS419slim?
On paper a NAS drive that uses 2.5in drives might seem interesting until you realise the limited sizes available for NAS use, and the cost of owning them.
Unless you really need a compact NAS drive, another model is likely to be a better choice.

Chicken, Brussels Sprouts & Mushroom Salad

Shaving the vegetables for this easy salad recipe makes them deliciously tender-crisp without having to cook anything and helps them stand up to the bright homemade vinaigrette and salty Parmesan cheese.
